Since each piece is made to order, production typically takes 2–3 weeks. Once completed, shipping times are as follows:

Warranty & Repair

All our products are handmade, made to order and are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects, make sure to notify us 24 hours after your order has been delivered, our warranty will not cover any claims made after that perid.

It does not cover improper use or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.
