We strive to display all our products as accurately as possible; however, please be aware that colour variations may occur due to individual monitor and device settings. The colours of coloured diamonds, gemstones and metals may appear slightly different in person compared to how they appear on your screen. While we make every effort to provide high-quality images, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will perfectly match the physical product.

 We provide worldwide shipping for all orders. Every shipment is fully insured and sent via priority service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Requests for returns made after this period may be considered at our discretion. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Returns that show signs of wear, have diminished value, or are missing original or damaged packaging will be rejected, and the item will be returned to you without a refund.

Please note that we do not compensate for any losses due to currency fluctuations when processing credit card refunds.

TAXES AND DUTIES: Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) YOUR ORDER MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES LEVIED BY YOUR COUNTRY UPON ARRIVAL.
